বিএমবি২৪ লিমিটেড এর পণ্য-সেবার মান উত্তোরোত্তর বৃদ্ধি ও গ্রাহকদের বিশ্বস্ততা অর্জনে অঙ্গীকারবদ্ধ। বিএমবি২৪ লিমিটেড এর পণ্য-সেবার যথাযথ প্রয়োগ ও ব্যবহার নিশ্চিত কল্পে আমরা বেশকিছু উদ্যোগ গ্রহণ করেছি।

১. আপনার প্রয়োজন ও সমস্যার সমাধানপেতে জেলা, উপজেলা ও ইউনিয়ন ব্যাপি বিএমবি২৪ লিমিটেড এর শাখা অফিস থাকবে। 

২. সারাদেশে “BMB24 Ltd” সকল পণ্য-সেবার মূল্য একই থাকবে। 

৩. প্রতিটি পণ্য-সেবার গুণগত মান ও মূল্য সম্পর্কে (www.bmb24.com) আপডেট পাওয়া যাবে। 

৪. যে কোন পণ্য বা সেবা গ্রহণ করার পূর্বে আমাদের কাছ থেকে স্বচ্ছ ও ন্যায্য প্রস্তাবনাই আপনি পাবেন। 

৫. “BMB24 Ltd” পণ্য-সেবা আপনার দোড়গোড়াঁয় পৌঁছে দিতে দেশের প্রতিটি জেলা, উপজেলা ও উইনিয়ন পর্যায় (শাখা অফিস, ভি বি আর জে, ভি বি ও মার্চেন্ট সদস্য) “BMB24 Ltd” এর প্রতিনিধিগণ বিক্রয়-বিপনণ, প্রশিক্ষণ, স্থানীয়সাপোর্ট এর দায়িত্বে নিয়োজিত রয়েছে। 

৬. “BMB24 Ltd” প্রতিনিধিগণ শুধুমাত্র কোম্পানীর পণ্য-সেবা তালিকায় থাকা পণ্য-সেবা সমূহই আপনাকে অফার করতে পারবেন। ব্যতিক্রমে, সেটি অনৈতিক ও বিধি বহির্ভূত বলে বিবেচিত হবে। যার কোন প্রকার দায়-দায়িত্বই কোম্পানী বহন করবে না। 

৭. শুধু মাত্র ব্যাংক, মোবাইল ব্যাংক, অনলাইন পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে, অনলাইন পেমেন্ট ডিজবাজমেন্ট এবং শাখা অফিস এর মাধ্যমে কোম্পানির পক্ষে আর্থিক লেনদেন পরিচালনা করবেন এবং যথাসময়ে প্রাপ্তি স্বীকার রশিদ হার্ডকপি, এসএমএস, ইমেইল ও নটিফিকেশন এর মাধ্যমে  প্রদান করবেন। অন্যথায়, পরবর্তিতে গ্রাহক কর্তৃক কোন প্রকার অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না। 

৮. চুক্তি ভিত্তিক সেবা গ্রহনের ক্ষেত্রে প্রতি মাসের ১ থেকে ৬ তারিখের মধ্যে ধার্য কৃত বিল সেবাা গ্রহণকারিগণ পরিশোধ করবেন। সকল গ্রাহকদের প্রতি একই নিয়ম সহ ন্যায্যতা নিশ্চত করতে প্রতি মাসের প্রথম সপ্তাহেই বিল পরিশোধ না হলে, বিএমবি২৪ লিমিটেড এর সর্ভিস বন্ধ হয়ে যাবে।

৯. আর্থিক লেনদেনের স্বচ্ছতা নিশ্চিত করতে কোম্পানীর হেড অফিস থেকে যোগাযোগ করা হলে যথাযথ তথ্য প্রদান পূর্বক আপনার সহযোগীতা একান্ত কাম্য।

1. BMB24 Limited will have branch offices across the district, upazila and union to solve your needs and problems.
2. All the products and services of “BMB24 Ltd” will be same price across the country.
3. Updates are available on (www.bmb24.com) about the quality and price of each product and service.
4. You will get transparent and fair recommendations from us before accepting any product or service.
5. To deliver “BMB24 Ltd” products and services at your doorstep, representatives of “BMB24 Ltd” are engaged in sales, 
   training, local support at every district, upazila and union level (Branch Office, VBRJ, VB and Merchant Members) of 
   the country. has
6. “BMB24 Ltd” representatives can only offer you the products and services listed in the company's list of products 
   and services.Otherwise, it will be considered unethical and illegal. The company will not bear any responsibility.
7. Only Bank, Mobile Bank, Online Payment Gateway, Online Payment Disbursement and Branch Office will conduct financial 
   transactions on behalf of the company and timely acknowledge receipt and provide hard copy, SMS, email and 
   notification. Otherwise, no further complaint will be entertained by the customer.
8. In case of contract based services, the bill will be paid between 1st and 6th of every month.
   To ensure fairness to all customers with the same rules, if the bill is not paid by the first week 
   of every month, the service of BMB24 Limited will be terminated.
9. To ensure the transparency of financial transactions, your cooperation by providing appropriate 
   information when contacted by the company's head office is highly desirable.

 পণ্য ও সেবা প্রদানের ক্ষেত্রে বিএমবি২৪ লিমিটেড সতর্কতা ও গ্রাহককে সার্বিক সহযোগীতা 

 ১. ঝামেলা ও ক্রটি মুক্ত, সেরা মানের পন্য-সেবা, যা আপনার প্রয়োজন পূরণের সক্ষম হবে।

২. কোম্পানীর সার্ভিস এগ্রিমেন্ট অনুযায়ী সার্বিক সহযোগীতা ও হাতে কলমে প্রশিক্ষণ এবং প্রয়োজনীয় টিউটোরিয়াল সাপোর্ট দেওয়া হবে।

৩. প্রতিদিন এবং রাত দিন ২৪ ঘন্টা আমাদের সেবা প্রদান কারি মোবাইল নম্বর (৮৮০১৮২৮৯২৮২৮০), info@bmb24.com, এসএমএস, ম্যাসেজ অপশন খোলা থাকবে।

৪. বিএমবি২৪ লিমিটেড পণ্য-সেবার প্রতি আপনার চাহিদা ও প্রত্যাশা সমূহ হেড অফিস/শাখা অফিস এর কাছে লিখিত/ইমেলের মধ্যমে জানালে আমরা তা পূর্ণাঙ্গ সন্তষ্টি অর্জনে সচেষ্ট হব।

৫. আমাদের কোন পণ্য, সেবা, কাস্টমার সার্ভিস, স্থানীয় প্রতিনিধি, কর্মকর্তা-কর্মচারির দায়িত্ব পালন ও আচরণে আপনি সন্তষ্ট না থাকলে admin@bmb24.com ইমেইলে অতিস্বত্তর অবহিত করলে আমরা প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করতে সচেষ্ট হব।

৬. আমাদের পণ্য, সেবা, জনবল ইত্যাদি উন্নয়নে আমাদেরকে info@bmb24.com, পরামর্শ দিয়ে সহযোগীতা করলে আমরা তা কৃতজ্ঞচিত্তে গ্রহণ করব।

৭. যেকোন কর্মদিবসে স্বশরীরে আমাদের কর্পোরেট হেড অফিস ভিজিট করলে আমরা খুশি হব।

৮. প্রয়োজনীয় আপডেট পেতে মোবাইল ম্যাসেজ, ইমেইল এবং  আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট এ চোখ রাখুন।

৯.“BMB24 Ltd” অন্যান্য পণ্য-সেবা সম্পর্কে জানতে বিএমবি২৪ লিমিটেড কর্পোরেট হেড অফিস, শাখা অফিস, ভিবি সদস্য, ভিবিআরজে সদস্যদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।
